# IntentWave

> IntentWave identifies the shoppers on your Shopify store who are ready to buy, with consent, and turns them into a high-intent audience you own. It brings shoppers who leave back through Klaviyo flows and Meta, TikTok Ads and Google audiences. Free for qualified brands. IntentWave is the pixel and software inside the Adcellerate growth program, from Persistent.id.

## Category
IntentWave is consumer (B2C) identity resolution and audience software for ecommerce. It is sold to Shopify and Shopify Plus brands (the customer is a business that sells to consumers), and it identifies those brands' consumer shoppers, with consent.

## What IntentWave does
- Reveals who is abandoning your store: the pixel matches shoppers who consent to a real profile (name, email, location, intent score).
- Tracks the products each shopper viewed or added to their cart, tied to that profile.
- Retargets them with personalized Klaviyo abandon cart, welcome, win-back and upsell flows, with their name and the exact product they left.
- Brings them back to buy, and credits the order to the flow so you can see the revenue it recovered.
- Builds high-intent audiences from shoppers identified on your store, people shopping brands like yours and intent signals from an identity graph, loaded into Meta and usable in Klaviyo, TikTok Ads and Google.
- Checks and fixes how AI shoppers (Meta's Muse, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot) read a Shopify store: product data, attributes, pricing, policies and checkout.

## Who it is for
US Shopify and Shopify Plus brands doing $1M+ a year in sales, spending $10K+ a month on ads (mostly Meta), running Klaviyo, with an average order value of around $60 or more.

## Frequently asked questions
### What is IntentWave?
IntentWave is the pixel and software inside the Adcellerate program. It identifies the shoppers on your store who consent, adds people shopping brands like yours and intent signals from our identity graph, and turns that into an audience you own.

### Is IntentWave a B2B or B2C platform?
IntentWave is built for B2C ecommerce. Our customers are Shopify and Shopify Plus brands that sell to consumers, and the people IntentWave identifies are those brands’ shoppers, only with their consent.

### How is the free audience built?
From three sources: your own site visitors that IntentWave identifies with consent, people shopping competitor and similar brands, and intent signals from our identity graph. Real people, not modeled guesses.

### Is it really free?
Yes, for qualified brands. The audience is the proof. Once it beats your own audience, we talk about the paid program. There is no card or media budget needed to get the audience itself.

### Who qualifies?
US Shopify or Shopify Plus brands doing $1M+ a year, spending $10K+ a month on ads (mostly Meta), running Klaviyo, with an average order value around $60 or more. We confirm revenue in Shopify on the first call.

### Which channels do you run?
Meta and Klaviyo lead. TikTok Ads and Google support them: audiences proven on Meta move into TikTok Ads, and push to Google as Customer Match.

### Do you do TikTok Shop?
No. We run TikTok Ads only, with audiences that have already proven out on Meta.

### How do you handle consent and privacy?
The pixel goes live with a consent banner and privacy policy in place. Only visitors who consent are identified.

### What does the program cost?
Pricing is covered on the discovery call. The program runs 90 days to start, then ongoing. Your media budget is paid separately.

### What is consumer identity resolution?
It connects the anonymous visitors on your store to real customer profiles, with consent: a name, an email and the products they viewed. IntentWave does this for Shopify brands, then uses the profiles to trigger Klaviyo flows and build Meta audiences.

### How long until something is live?
Two calls. Call one is discovery and qualification. Call two installs the pixel and connects your Meta account. Your first audience is built in week one.

### What is an agent-ready store?
AI agents like Meta’s Muse, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Copilot can now browse Shopify catalogs, and Muse can check out with Shop Pay. We check how they read your product data, attributes, pricing, policies and checkout, then fix what gets in the way.

### Do you guarantee results?
No. We ask you to test our audience against your best one and judge it on sales. Every result we quote is from our own accounts.

### What kinds of brands have you worked with?
Beauty devices, home fragrance, luxury and resale, high-ticket wellness, apparel, supplements and automotive parts.

### What if I already have an agency?
Then you have something to test against. Many brands come to us after an agency: rising CAC, results they can’t verify, carts that vanish. We run Meta and Klaviyo on audiences you own and report sales you can tie to real people.

### IntentWave, Adcellerate, Persistent.id. What’s what?
Adcellerate is the growth program. IntentWave is the pixel and software inside it. Persistent.id is the parent company and the audience data behind both.

## Company and contact
IntentWave is built by Persistent.id (https://persistent.id). Adcellerate is the growth program; IntentWave is the pixel and software inside it.
